Fish Curry in Nepali Style | Nepali Food Recipe

How to Make Fish Curry in Nepali Style | Nepali Food Recipe 
It's Very Easy To Make at Home. Good Luck 

Hello hi Namaste.
Today I am going to show you how to make fish curry.

  1. Fish 
  2. Chopped tomatoes 
  3. Chopped onions 
  4. Sunflower oil 
  5. Cloves and Cardamom powder 
  6. Salt 
  7. Turmeric 
  8. Red chilli powder 
  9. Coriander 
  10. Black pepper 
  11. Cumin and Coriander powder  
  12. Paste of white mustard 
  13. Ginger and garlic paste 
  14. Lemon juice.             
At first let us take the finely cut fish in the bowl.
  1. Put a pinch of Turmeric, 
  2. Salt as required, 
  3. Red chilli powder, 
  4. Cumin & coriander masala, 
  5. Paste of ginger and garlic, 
  6. lemon juice. 
  • Then mix it properly with your hand so that the masalas are mixed properly with the fiish. 
  • Leave the mixture for half an hour. 
  • Now heat a karai or Pan in gas. 
  • Put sufficient amount of oil in the karai or pan. 
  • Then the fish is taken with the help of tongs and fried in the oil. 

After frying the fish let’s get ready for fish curry. 
  1. Again take a kerai and put oil as required. 
  2. Put some chopped onions. You can fry it with the help of wooden spatula. 
  3. Fry it until it turns into slightly red colour. 
  4. Then add some Turmeric, cumin/coriander masala and paste of White Mustard. note: (Paste of white mustard is very essential during making of fish curry. It enhances the taste of fish curry.) 
  5. Again use wooden spatula to mix the contents. 
  6. Then add chopped Tomatoes in it. Mix it well. 
  7. Add salt as per required, 
  8. Ginger and garlic paste, Black pepper, Red chilli powder, Cloves and Cardamom powder. 
  9. Then cover it with a plate. 
  10. After few minutes take out the cover and again mix it well to see whether the tomato is cooked properly or not. 
  11. After the tomato is cooked well add some water in it.  
  12. Finally the fried fish is kept in the mixture. 
  13. Let the fish be properly drowned in the mixture and then it is again covered for few minutes. 
Yummy fish curry is ready to be served, Thank you.
