Making Pulao at Home. 
It's Very Easy To Make, Good Luck. 

Hello hi Namaste,
Today I am going to show you how to make Pulao.

Ingredients required:- 

  1. Half kg Soaked rice (for an hour) 
  2. Bay leaf 
  3. Cloves 
  4. Cardamom 
  5. Cinnamon 
  6. Ghee 
  7. Green peas 
  8. Carrot (chopped in small equal pieces) 
  9. Raisins 
  10. Cashew nuts. 

Method:: 

  • At first take a Pot and add some ghee and heat it. 
  • Then add some, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon and bay leaf in it. 
  • Then fry it with the help of a spatula. 
  • Then add some Raisins, Cashew nuts, Carrots and Green peas. Fry it well. 
  • And then add the soaked rice on it. Mix it well. 
  • Take another bowl. Boil some water on it. 
  • Fry the soaked rice for a while with the help of spatula. 
  • Now put 4 cups of boiled water on the half kg soaked rice. (Note: Do not put much water. If you put extra water then the rice cooked is sticky.) 
  • Mix it well with spatula. Then cover it for a while. 
  • Take out the cover and check whether cooked or not. 
  • Then the rice is heated on a very low heat and covered for a while. 


Finally Pulao is ready to be served. Thank you, bye bye.
