How to Make Furandana at Home. 
Hello hi Namaste,
Today I am going to show you how to make Furandana. Very famous spicy snack in Nepal. It's Very easy to make at home.

Ingredients required: -
  1. Beaten rice 
  2. Fried peanut 
  3. Bhujia 
  4. Chopped ginger 
  5. Dried red chilies 
  6. Papad 
  7. Salt 
  8. Black pepper 
  9. Sunflower oil 
  • Firstly take a kadai to fry the pappad. Put oil in it. After the oil gets heated, put a pappad. Fry it only for a while. You can put the fried pappad in a fine strainer to strain excess oil.
  • In the same oil, also fry the dried red chillies. Do not fry it for long. Otherwise there is a chance of chillies getting burned.
  • Again fry the long chopped gingers in the same oil until it turns into red colour.
  • Take another big pot. Place a napkin. And put all the fried pappad, chillies and ginger in the pot to strain excess oil.
  • Take the same kadai. Add some sunflower oil in it, for the beaten rice needs more oil. Fry the beaten rice only for a while. And put in a fine strainer to remove excess oil.
  • And put it in the same pot. Mix it well. Add some bhujiya, fried peanuts, a small tbsp of black pepper and a pinch of salt.
  • Peanut,bhujiya and pappad also contains salt so add only little bit of salt. You can easily get peanuts from any store. Mix it well.
  • Finally Furandana is ready to be served. Bye bye have a nice time.
